How to Access the Calm App
Eligible Grad Employees can access Calm, the world's #1 app for meditation, sleep and relaxation.
To claim your free 1 year Calm subscription:
1) You'll need to complete a benefits application to opt into Daily Burn, even if it means you are declining all other benefits.
2) On your benefits portal dashboard, you'll see a link to opt into Calm.
3) Our system will generate a unique code for you and provide instructions for claiming your subscription. The clock starts on your 1 year subscription the day you access the code.

How to Access the Daily Burn
We're offering prepaid 12‐month memberships to the online fitness platform, Daily Burn. Daily Burn is an online platform with 1000s of different workout videos, including cardio, barre, pilates, kickboxing, yoga and more.
These subscriptions are limited and are available on a first-come first-served basis.
To claim a free 12 month Daily Burn subscription:
If you’re interested in accessing a free, prepaid subscription, please let us know your interest below. We'll email you to confirm that we have a subscription for you.
