GEO: What's New for 2021-22?

Wellness Reimbursement Enhancements
  • We increased the maximum wellness reimbursement to $225! 

  • We'll continue to use the expanded the list of eligible wellness activities initially adopted in the wake of COVID-19, including fitness-related equipment like bikes, weights, yoga mats, and more.

  • Your family's eligible wellness activities can now count toward your $225 max reimbursement. 

  • The Healing ZONE massage and Central Rock Gym climbing prepaid memberships return this year as an alternative to the wellness reimbursement.

  • We have a limited number of prepaid 12 month Daily Burn Subscriptions available on a first-come, first-served basis and they no longer count toward your reimbursement total.

Child Care Enhancements

The Trust Fund will increase funding for child care reimbursements by approx. 35% to $154K. We will continue to use the expanded definition of eligible child care adopted due to COVID-19. Eligible childcare includes:

 

  • state-licensed (or equivalent) infant, toddler, or preschool care in center based and group home-based settings

  • before and after-school care

  • summer camp

  • organizational/center based extracurricular activities (i.e. excludes private lessons)

  • Tutoring, homework assistance and online instructional programming costs for school-aged children

  • Family, Friends and Neighbor (FFN) in limited circumstances and according to a set of criteria

The Outschool wallet for purchasing online preK-12 courses, tutoring & camps will increase to $250/family/year.
