Welcome New Grad Student Employees!

  • The Enrollment Portal opens on 8/15/23 for 2023-24 benefits applications.
  • The earliest dental & vision coverage for new grad employees is 9/1/23.
  • All grad employees must re-enroll each year to maintain benefits.
  • Dental & vision insurance is completely separate from your student health plan.
  • Submit an application using the Enrollment Portal. It can take 7-10 days for us to process, and we will send you a confirmation email when your coverage is active.
