  • Yoga Where You’re At – The Quarantine Recordings: We commissioned local yoga instructor, Eric Burri, of NewMass Yoga to create 3 audio recordings featuring instruction on shavasana (a pose used for relaxation), yoga nidra (a guided meditation to achieve the state between waking and sleep, also for relaxation) and the third is to be announced! You can use these to wind down to sleep or anytime when you need to relieve stress. Register below and we will send the recordings to you via UMass Box.

  • Daily Burn Subscription: The Trust Fund has purchased 250 6-month DailyBurn.com premium subscriptions as a pilot program. Daily Burn provides access to over a 1000 workout videos and audio content, including cardio, yoga, dance, pilates and more. If you’re interested in accessing one of these free, prepaid subscriptions, please register your interest below. Unfortunately, there is no guaranteed access due to the limited number of subscriptions but we will do our best to accommodate those who are interested and we will let you know if we have a spot for you starting April 24th.
