60 minutes of stretching and breathing with the goal of relaxation and centering. We recommend a yoga mat, but it isn't required! This class is in Spanish.

Join us each week on Wednesdays at Noon for a respite of meditation in the middle of the work week. We'll curate a brief guided meditation that touches on topics of interest to busy academics: making time for rest, practicing self-compassion, procrastination, staying on track, performance anxiety and more.
